When you send us your pet's ashes please know that we are aware, sadly, from our own experience that you are trusting us with your greatest treasure.

We guarantee complete satisfaction on the finished product. If shipping has damaged the piece in any way we will repair or replace it.
Ashes will be returned to you upon request, otherwise the ash will be scattered in a respectful and meaningful manner in Ireland.
